Has a high turnover of staff.
The good thingsThe marketing department does an exceptional job. This organisation looks pretty good from the outside looking in.
The challengesDespite some hard working employees who have their hearts in the right place, the higher I looked, the less I was impressed.

Lack of clarity around objectives and complete misinformation around role expectations.
