The challengesCommunication from Aspen management is very, very poor. I was required to submit my qualifications, experience and immunisation status multiple times, because the different departments within Aspen fail to share information.
I have been unable to fully claim my expenses, as Aspen has never provided me with the basic information (employee/payroll number).
The company is moving far beyond its ability to support its staff.
