    Management don't respect what you do
    The good thingsSupporting special people
    The challengesManagement are disorganised and hopeless communicators. Prefer to sit on their hands and have heads buried in the sand, important issues thrown into the too hard basket. Employ the most incompetent support workers that get away with doing the bare minimum.
