They don't care of anyone simple as that, treat you like a dog, too much politics. A poor place to work at. A disappointing and frustrating experience that fell short of expectations.
The good thingsHonestly, there wasn’t much that stood out in a positive way. The overall experience was disappointing, and I found it difficult to pinpoint anything that I genuinely liked. The service felt unorganized, the environment wasn’t welcoming, and the quality didn’t meet expectations. A bad place to work at. Will never recommend
The challengesThere were quite a few challenges that made the experience frustrating. Communication was poor, leading to confusion and delays. The support or leadership lacked responsiveness, and expectations were often unclear. Additionally, the workload felt overwhelming at times due to poor planning and lack of proper resources. A poor place to work, will never recommend

I've been with Asta for two and a half years, and the experience has been outstanding. The flexible work environment, coupled with supportive colleagues and management, makes it a great place to grow professionally. I've felt valued and encouraged to contribute, leading to significant professional development. Asta truly invests in its employees' growth and well-being, and I'm excited to continue contributing to our success.
The good thingsSupportive Environment: Friendly colleagues and approachable management foster a positive workplace culture. Professional Growth: Opportunities to expand skills and take on new challenges. Employee Development: Strong focus on investing in employee learning and growth. Valued Contributions: Employees are encouraged to share ideas and feel recognized for their efforts. Trust and Respect: Open communication builds a foundation of trust and mutual respect.
The challengesHigh Expectations: Balancing multiple responsibilities and meeting high standards can be demanding. Dynamic Environment: Rapidly changing priorities require adaptability and quick decision-making. Resource Constraints: At times, limited resources can make it challenging to deliver optimal results.

Expectations of management greatly differs from your job role. Expect to work the job of 3 - 4 people and only 2 people on level 1 role so you will be overworked. Turn over is really high so expect your coworkers to leave within 6 months of working there.
The good thingsThe coworkers are amazing and you meet some great people while working there.
The challengesYou will be expected to work the job of 3 people and if you are a level 1 tech, expect to work with 40+ tickets on your queue a day. Horrible management and resourcing problem. They only hire temporary visa or bridging visa workers to keep the pay low.

Great stepping stone to build a desirable industry skillset & make an impact in a growing business.
The good things- If you're looking for a company that listens to your input and where you can make actionable change this is the place. I have worked at a number of businesses that appear to run a tight ship but are awful places to be at every day. Asta is the opposite. There's a lot of work required to tighten up operations but the team welcome everyone's input to achieve this. - Asta is genuinely the only company I have worked for where I'm not counting down the seconds till 5pm because I actually enjoy being here. - Salary is good with regular performance reviews allowing for promotions. - SME type business where you're not just a number. - The office is easily accessible via public transport. - Genuinely friendly team that get along. - Recognition for hard work.
The challenges- Current internal operations/processes need improvement. Meaning there are currently some speed bumps but it's on the mend and a great resume buffer to be able to show how you have helped impact practical change in a growing organisation (at least I know I'll be saying this). - Long hours. This is not enforced but there is a lot of work going on while the business is growing. Good problems to be busy but there isn't much in the way of overtime payment options so be mindful with your time.

Horrendous, No work life balance. Company runs by under-paying employees on bridging or temporary visa.
The good thingsService Provided to clients is awful, everyday there is High Priority breakdowns - this gives you good exposure, keeps you busy.
The challengesLearning multiple technology in short time is challenging in a positive way. However, doing this in the middle of babysitting and extensive micromanagement is not healthy. You wont feel respected unless you keep every managers pleased.

Amazing culture & plenty of growth opportunities
The good thingsThe people and the culture really is amazing. You know that the person next to you will do their bit when the challenges come. Large range of diversity of clients, to allow for growth due to different client environment setups.
The challengesAsta isnt for everyone, if you are after a 9-5 job where you clock in and clock out, then it isnt for you. If you want a career in IT and a role that will fast-track you, then Asta is for you. They work hard and enjoy the benefits in the long run.

If there is a zero star rating, I will give that rating for this company.
The good thingsThere are few nice and real people at ASTA. Actually, those who seek change and improvement won’t stay with this company.
The challengesNo work-life balance. Overtime with no pay. Inconsistent performance evaluation. Documentation is a disaster.

Great culture, opportunities await for those who are willing to work hard.
The good thingsThere is a big variety of clients and projects, which means that you are always being challenged and learning new skills. There are plenty of opportunities to progress in your career, as the company and its needs are constantly growing. Everyone is friendly and gets along, willing to help and support each other.
The challengesYou are expected to perform at your best at all times, which can place a bit of pressure on you. The payoff is that you become the best you can be and as a result, you are prepared when opportunities to progress become available.

Great culture, good vibe, good place to work
The good thingsGreat culture, incredibly friendly and inviting, real team spirit displayed by the various teams I work across, which makes the days a real pleasure. Good systems and practices and I've seen also seen a lot of great improvements in these and other areas in the short time I've been here
The challengesBusy at times, you need to be on the ball and willing to go the extra mile for customers, but that's all part of the Asta ethos of 'leave it to us'

Love my job, Love the people I work with.
The good thingsI have been with Asta for just over three months, but the opportunity for growth, learning and improvement that I have been given- I could not have imagined been doing that in another company, or so soon in my professional career. If you show the right attitude and drive to want to do something Asta is your platform- providing you with the right opportunities to polish your acumen and helps you grow professionally as well as personally. Love my team, love the fact that there is constant feedbacks to improve on. Transparency, openness, One team attitude, staff first. Great Place. the sense of ownership given helps you develop loyalty with the organisation.
The challengesyou have to be on top of your game- if you just want an easy 9-5 job this is not the right place for you. You have to want to be here to be here. but the return is greater than you can imagine. So its challenges that brings personal and professional benefits.

You wouldn't want to miss a chance to work here!
The good thingsWorking for Asta has exposed me to systems and solutions i have never heard and with the help of the team I am able to understand these systems. Also being offered multiple training days/programs on multiple devices or software will also help in career development. The office is clean, tidy and always full of thrilled team members. I can really say Asta is a great place to be employed. The management is also something different, the CEO personally sits and chats with each member to see how they are tracking and gives one to one feedback, great and handy feedback!
The challengesAs per any IT role, we are faced with daily challenges but with a strongly focused team, we all manage to succeed in the task at hand by the end of the day. TEAM Work, Yes!!
