    Use them to expand your career and never look back, don't give them a second thought.
    The good thingsThe pay was good and there are some genuine nice people that work there.
    The challengesNo teamwork in some teams, really out of touch management that don't know what is going on. You are basically on your own. The corporate climb is very real here and you will get walked over. Favouritism is rampant.
