Overall good experience and great environment to develop and learn homeloan skills.
The good thingsFlexibility and pay, the company offers uncapped commission and is extremely flexible with hybrid work and office hours. Lovely team environment.
The challengesCan get stuck doing the same role and can be extremely repetitive due to the high nature of calls. Hard to get a foot in the door for higher up roles due to how big the company/business is.

Disappointing and a waste of time
The good thingsFlex first and work from home
The challengesIncome is very low. Promise of way more than can be achieved. Promise of promotions and commissions that can not be attained.

Looks great from the outside but not much practical support forn ›rokers. Be cautious &ask details ❓
The good thingsThe aussie brand name helps open doors and looks great on your profile. The initial interview and onboarding sound promising, and the training structure appears well-organised on paper.
The challengesUnfortunately, there is very little real support once you start. During the interview, they emphasise strong mentoring and hands-on guidance, but in reality, the academy provides minimal help. New brokers are expected to bring in clients almost immediately — even before gaining practical experience. If you don't meet their client or settlement targets while in the academy, you can be removed from the program and end up losing the money and time you've already invested. None of this is clearly explained at the start, which makes the experience very discouraging for newcomers trying to build their careers.
