Looks great from the outside but not much practical support forn ›rokers. Be cautious &ask details ❓The good thingsThe aussie brand name helps open doors and looks great on your profile. The initial interview and onboarding sound promising, and the training structure appears well-organised on paper.
The challengesUnfortunately, there is very little real support once you start. During the interview, they emphasise strong mentoring and hands-on guidance, but in reality, the academy provides minimal help. New brokers are expected to bring in clients almost immediately — even before gaining practical experience.
If you don't meet their client or settlement targets while in the academy, you can be removed from the program and end up losing the money and time you've already invested. None of this is clearly explained at the start, which makes the experience very discouraging for newcomers trying to build their careers.
