    I felt uncomfortable with the management, they were extremely cold. They weren’t personable and very rude.

    The challengesI wasn’t getting enough work hours, the management was very unorganised and didn’t have a good relationship with it’s team.

    Worst company I have every worked for.
    The good thingsThe marine crew is alright. The views are enjoyable and lunch is provided.
    The challengesThe high management is unprofessional and couldn’t care less about their employees and treat them inappropriately. Never seen a company waisting so much. Not a single care for sustainability.

    The good thingsA brilliant place to work. A great team, from the bottom to the top. Couldn't recommend this company high enough! Gave me a great opportunity, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
    The challengesBeing picky, but perhaps having to work all through Christmas. However, that is the high season, so should be expected.
