The shift duration is determined by our clients and their needs, but our new way of rostering is enabling us to offer Support Workers many more consecutive shifts.

Unfortunately in regional areas the shifts are often short and distance between clients is a challenge. The shift duration is determined by our clients and their needs, but our new way of rostering is enabling us to offer Support Workers many more consecutive shifts.

Our new improved rostering system now enables us to offer consecutive shifts even if they are shorter in duration. We also offer a range of different shifts including domestic assistance to fill in time between shorter shifts.

    The challengesSome clients smokes in the house with all the doors and windows close during winter. Bad for my health.
