    Traumatising and eye opening
The good thingsGetting paid, having a job when I needed one
The challengesHigher barriers to entry for international students to enter courses. Genuine interest in quality outcomes for the sake of integrity rather than financial gain.

    Dont bother.
The good thingsadmin staff and other trainers were supportive
The challengesNo opportunities for career progression, like their ads say. Managers who dont care about challenging students. They care more about students $$$ than students who are not satisfactory in their work. Compliance is over kill. Weekly emails demanding compliance but they dont have compliant assessments.

The good thingsGet to work in gyms around Subiaco and Perth area with students
The challengesThe management of this company is very bad. Student feedback is taken as gospel and teachers are treated very poorly. Very high turnover of trainers and working environment very average.
