    Everything is good except the internal politics. They love to do whatever in their favour and not cooperating the drivers.

    Its courier work big overheads that doesnt match the pay you receive perhaps this industry needs to regulated so evertyone is on the same pay structure

    Wonderful place to work - ANC is my second family
    The good thingsI love that ANC is like a big family. It's a beautiful place to work, ANC has 5 core values, safety, honesty, respect, loyalty and care and I feel that everyone at ANC really lives by these values which is what makes it such a wonderful place to work.
    The challengesAs with any company there are some small challenges from time to time, nothing is perfect - ANC is always extremely busy leading up to Christmas, I think this is normal for most companies in the transport industry. So it's a bit more stressful that time of year. But no major issues at all.

    Seizing the opportunity to get into a competely new industry has been one of the best decisions I ever made
    The good thingsExcellent support from management at all levels and a real focus on safety, well being and training support for the drivers. It's evident the team in VIC recognise a desire to learn and grown in it's employees. I can personally attest to this as can some of the drivers that have been promoted through to upper management nation wide.
    The challengesThe company is growing at an incredibly rapid rate and as a result, management can quite often find themselves spread thin across multiple roles. The drivers can no doubt sense this too. The positive though is that we all recognise this and will always come together to ensure everything is being covered off even if it means taking on tasks that are outside our specific job description.

    The good thingsThe culture in the Melbourne office is outstanding, everyone is incredibly friendly, we have a great balance of work and play and everyone is willing to help out where needed! Would highly recommend ANC to anyone interested in a career in transport
    The challengesChallenges are no different to any other transport company, the difference is an ANC provide you with adequate training, support and opportunity to grow
