be prepared for inconsistent communication, sudden decisions, and a lack of recognition.
The good thingsHonest Review: What It’s Really Like to Work Here This is a straightforward and honest reflection of my time with this company. 1. Poor Communication & Lack of Respect Despite asking multiple times about my job security, I was reassured everything was fine. Then on the last day of my swing, I was told I was no longer required — with no notice, no apology, and no professional closure. 2. Inconsistent & Unfair Decisions I supported, trained, and onboarded new HSE advisors, yet I was the one let go while they were kept. This created a clear sense of inconsistency and bias. 3. A Pattern Across the Company Across engineering, admin, and supervision, I heard the same stories — people feeling undervalued, overlooked, or mistreated. It’s not an isolated issue; it’s cultural. 4. Real Consequences Because of the last-minute notice, I cancelled work opportunities and was left without income for the month. This shows a lack of consideration for workers’ personal responsibilities.
The challengesIf you're considering joining: ✔ The team you work with might be great. ✘ But be prepared for inconsistent communication, sudden decisions, and a lack of recognition.

    Best place i ever worked
The good thingsOne of the best company I have worked for. I know that they have had some management issue in the past, however, they now have all gone, and the place has much improved. As a family company expect to see owners working in the production line with others. and more importantly, people are very friendly. very great environment
The challengesvery unique business and industry really, like no other. however, the business rewards hard-working individuals, if you want to be a passenger ... better remain on the doll

The challengesThere’s no challenges as i can see in the company. Because politics is running inside.

The good things Having a laugh with Frank and been able to move around the yard having plenty of things to do.I gained a lot of respect from other workers and made good honest friends that you can rely on
The challengesHaving to do tasks you no are done wrong. Putting up with some of the bosses who only care about themselves looking good and not for the workers doing the tasks.

Loved my truck, would bebetter for someone without kids at home.
The good thingsWas a good bunch of guys to be on the road with. Pay per Klm was amazing for the job involved. Being oversize most of the time you mostly work daylight hours.
The challengesManagement in the head office can have their heads up their rear ends a fair bit and not fully understand whats going on in the field. Away from home for weeks on end only to come home for a day or two and be sent back out again. Long days, but good Klm rate.
