    Great work environment and work experience
    The good thingsThe management genuinely cares about their employees' growth and success. They provide clear guidance, regular feedback, and ample opportunities to showcase our skills. The workplace is welcoming and respectful, making it a great place for people from all backgrounds to thrive. Teamwork is at the core of the company's culture. Colleagues are always ready to collaborate, share ideas, and collectively solve challenges.
    The challengesIt is a fast-paced work environment and the company has a very diverse portfolio that comes with managing multiple contractors and trades from different disciplines, however, the management has an approach of continuous improvement which eases the situation.

    The good thingsGreat company to work at, always encourages me to be the best I can be and Ive gained so much more experience in my role working with AWS, than I could have at a different company. A great company morale and environment as well!
    The challengesThe work is vastly diverse so there are areas I was not as knowledgeable however the team are supportive in training and encouraging development!

    A highly professional and friendly work environment where a person can better themselves through the support of the company.
    The good thingsStaff are friendly and welcoming to new employees. I found the work environment a very positive and healthy environment for learning and applying myself. The boss and senior management are very receptive and open to helping inexperienced employees develop their skills and I found they were open to giving me feedback and spending the time to help me strengthen myself in areas that I was lacking in before.
    The challengesAt the time of employment I was still relatively new and inexperienced so I found it a struggle to perform some tasks as I had no prior experience for some of the workload given to me. Thankfully the higher ups had the patience and time to give me tips and show me how to do these difficult tasks the right way.
