Promised much but delivered little. High staff turn-over mainly due to inept and poor leadership. The good thingsSite Supervisors were committed to doing the best with limited resources and poor management support. Good remuneration.
The challengesPoor training (just tick a box), poor incident record (incidents are regular, some of which are serious), poor leadership, poor site facilities (no toilets - have to drive and use the clients), inadequate safety management system, which requires much improvement. They are also technologically risk-averse - a complete ban on AI to leverage efficiency and improved workflow.
