    learn't a great deal
    The good thingsSome great people to work with a real traditional family business. Some of the gear getting on a bit but always well maintained. Opportunities to learn on different gear.
    The challengesLeadership has fallen away a bit and some poor decision making within management has unfortunately let the company down at times.

    The good thingsGenerally being left to do my job. Most work colleagues were very friendly and easy to get along with.
    The challengesTrying not to get into work politics. Some of the female workers made things a little difficult at times.
