    I do not recommend this company.
    The good thingsGood discounts for their other lodges.
    The challengesI had a very disappointing experience working here. The work environment was extremely toxic, with poor management and little regard for employee well-being. Despite being paid minimum wage, we were expected to go above and beyond constantly — with no recognition or fair compensation. Communication was lacking, and there was a general culture of fear and micromanagement. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a healthy, respectful, or sustainable job environment.
