    The good thingsWe have entitlement in terms of housing and unsecured loan. We also operate 24/7 and we are paid overtime which really boost our morale
    The challengesSometimes we have to sacrifice our lunch breaks during peak hours and our roster are not well planned

    Good learning experience but on the other hand there were several frustrations due to the conditions in the country.

    The challengesLack of documented procedures. High local staff turnover and need for constant training. Economic & social conditions in the country.
