    The good thingsTeam effort from all levels of staff to work under difficult situations. Rewarding to know that everyone felt satisfied.

    The challengesRemote location . Limited services. Heat. Confronting socio-economic environmental factors suchas poor health, domestic violence, alcoholism, lack of people willing to work vs dependence on welfare.
