    The good thingsThe friends I have made, made my tenure more enjoyable + It was good to know the product this business makes goes to a good cause.
    The challengesNO end of year Christmas parties. Slow internal growth. Unsupportive HR department. Lack of sincere appreciation given to machine operators who are tasked with repetitive work. Barely any overtime provided.

    The challengesAlthough we are entitled to 2 volunteer days, the company could provide more opportunities for employees to get involved in the community, including volunteer opportunities, community service projects, and charitable donations.

The leadership teams across Baxter genuinely care and place importance on your goals and ambitions, never shying away from providing guidance, support, and resources to help employees succeed.
    The challengesAlthough some internal systems can feel intricate, effective training is always provided and with regular use they become very beneficial. There are clear benefits for why the systems are in place.

    The good thingsThere are plenty of good people that I have worked with here. When issues arise, I have people I can rely on to assist in correcting them. I have grown into the role quite quickly and this is due to a great support system (supervisor and team).
    The challengesWorking in a warehouse can have its issues and dangers. Baxter is active in trying to prevent issues and will follow up and try to create new ways of doing things if issues persist.

I was impressed that I met our General Manager during my first week at Baxter, which speaks volumes about the organisation's commitment to its employees. He was eager to learn about me, my background, and share the company culture. My manager has consistently shown support whether its professional development, and my overall well-being, through regular 1:1 meetings and team catchups.

    Exceptional ExperienceThe atmosphere of the workplace is amazing. The diverse culture they have at Baxter is great. The amenities including cafe, Bistro and an onsite gym with plenty of parking what else could you ask for.
