    Great company in the start. Sadly not so much in the last 2 odd years, as toxic managers enter the company from non Pharma industries, which brings in their questionable culture
    The good thingsPeople are great. Exposed to great learnings
    The challengesManagement and HR don't adhere to the pillars that they should be enforcing. They actively make up rules on the fly and avoid handing out entitles perks, which is listed in all their job descriptions to attract talent
