“Supportive team culture with room to grow and work independently”The good thingsWhat I’ve liked most is the team culture — supportive, inclusive, and down-to-earth. Management is approachable, communication is clear, and expectations are realistic. I’ve also appreciated the flexibility around shifts, and the opportunity to work independently while knowing help is there if needed. The onboarding process was smooth, and I felt genuinely welcomed from day one.
The challengesSome of the systems and procedures could be a little more streamlined, and like any shift-based role, working irregular hours can be tiring at times. However, these challenges are manageable with good organisation and communication.
