Unfortunately, after two months in the Strathfield office, my experience has not aligned with those expectations.
The challenges1. Only one mixed gender toilet in the office for 20 staff members
2. The bathroom facility was in very bad condition at the start of my employment and office manager was notified. After a month, were nothing has happened, I have sent another friendly reminder about the urgent cleaning needed in the bathroom for hygiene and heath reasons and requested weekly deep clean for the only one bathroom and toilet facility used by 20 staff members.
3. Office is very crowded with new and outdated marketing materials in the kitchen and dining area and there is hardly any space for Only 3 people to have a proper meal.
4. From the day I have joined I was overwhelmed with hundreds of emails coming as "backlog" due to lack of communication, inconsistency, unresolved maintenance issues & most importantly concerns and complains from landlords due to staff turnover and lack of professional services.
5. Unprofessional enviroment where swearing & talking on a rude tone with employees is very common.
