    Protect yourself from toxic work environments!! A warning about how useless management is.
    The good thingsMost of the people are happy to help & supportive. The only reason i would come into work.
    The challengesPay sucked. Management did not address issues myself or team brought up to them. Problem coworker who was a narcissist and rude to everyone, received no warnings or write ups, management ignored the issue whic has caused many people over the years to leave.

    The good thingsMy decision to join the team at Strathfield —despite a daily commute of approximately two hours—was driven by my previous very positive temporary experience with Belle Property in Parramatta and my expectation of a similar professional environment. Unfortunately, after two months in the Strathfield office, my experience has not aligned with those expectations.
    The challenges1. Only one mixed gender toilet in the office for 20 staff members 2. The bathroom facility was in very bad condition at the start of my employment and office manager was notified. After a month, were nothing has happened, I have sent another friendly reminder about the urgent cleaning needed in the bathroom for hygiene and heath reasons and requested weekly deep clean for the only one bathroom and toilet facility used by 20 staff members. 3. Office is very crowded with new and outdated marketing materials in the kitchen and dining area and there is hardly any space for Only 3 people to have a proper meal. 4. From the day I have joined I was overwhelmed with hundreds of emails coming as "backlog" due to lack of communication, inconsistency, unresolved maintenance issues & most importantly concerns and complains from landlords due to staff turnover and lack of professional services. 5. Unprofessional enviroment where swearing & talking on a rude tone with employees is very common.

    The good thingsGreat place to work with an amazing office culture - very high staff retention. There’s real room to grow no matter which department you’re in, and the business invests in training and up-skilling its staff.
    The challengesThe only challenges I’ve experienced are the usual day-to-day pressures that come with working in the real estate industry. It can be a fast-paced environment where you need to think on your feet, but if you thrive in that kind of workplace, you’ll genuinely enjoy it!

    Belle Property Rochedale | Cornubia lied to me about having a company car turns out there is none. Also lied to me about having a full team yet turns out I was the only property manager and I was expected to over deliver while getting paid peanuts. My contract was withheld from me and I did not get a copy. Office chair of choice here is a Marquee fold up chair. I walked out after 2 weeks.
    The good thingsLeaving this place after 2 weeks.
    The challengesPoorly structured with a really messy portfolio riddle with errors and non-compliant properties. Dishonest with unrealistic expectation. Only one pm no assistant or support. No company car. Fortnightly pay. No HR or payroll very tiny office. I used a Marquee fold chair as my office chair poor office

    Belle Property Leura did not pay a living wage and expected you to be available 24 hours , did not provide support or career development, very cliquey and favoured particular employees, tone deaf to the rental crisis and did not pass on positive feedback or reviews unless it was for the property manager. Had to call a meeting with the boss after 12 months to request my own accounts as the property manager would not let go of any control and was quite happy for me to earn a low wage and keep me as an assistant. Very disappointing experience.

    The good thingsNick the director is amazing! He understand that things in life happen and he is happy to help with the work life balance. Everyone is friendly, gets along and helps each other when needed. I would still be there if I didnt move out of Sydney.
