All in all, I wouldn't work there again. But friendly welcoming people and great work/life balance. The good thingsSuch lovely people in general, really friendly and great as friends.
Good work/life balance
The challengesSerious lack of experience in leadership, hard to explain as they really are such lovely people, but people are hired into roles they don't have experience with and unfortunately while that is ok in isolation of course, when it is in abundance it has lead to an extreme lack of experience across the organisation. Not so much technically at medical/nursing level, just at business and leadership level. Bad behaviours at the lower end are dealt with immediately, but the behaviours that were accepted at leadership level really shocked me, as did the way they managed budgets. Tax payers money absolutely wasted in my opinion. Also EXTREMELY change adverse.
