    A really good step in my career. Glad I joined!
    The good thingsBentley is a fun place to work and I learned alot, my Manager really supported me and this motivated me to achieve the best results. I was invited to the Awards Ceremony in Mexico, and really appreciated what I achieved while working for the company. I'm relocating back to Perth with my wife, but wish the team all the best.
    The challengesApprovals are not always easy, and communication is sometimes lacking, as we are a world away from the head office in Exton, but I really don't have any negative feedback other than that.

    Some good products and people, but there is very little work/life balance, and immense pressure is applied from self serving incompetent management.
    The good thingsSome flexibility if you need to go to Dentist, Doctor etc. Some good products, and some good people.
    The challengesThe company has a policy of company first, customers last - management in general are incompetent, and there are continual changes resulting in people leaving and skill shortage, with management applying immense pressure to get impossible results.
