    Enjoyable if you have a thick skin.
    The good thingsLong term employees are very friendly, though not necessarily helpful.
    The challengesTeam work is not promoted, one is constantly in competition with fellow employees. Support from supervision is sadly lacking. The company enjoys a very high turnover of middle management, eg, 4 workshop supervisors in 3 years.
