    Overall, I had a good experience at Beston Group as the drainage supervisor. I came into the role of having minimal experience in supervising. The job was challenging, but with the guidance and support from the team, i gained the knowledge needed to do my job.

    The challengesSalary didn't match the work load. Work life balance could have been better.
