    Work life balance was good, was embarrassed for them in what Management offered for their recent pay rise to all employees which was not enough to cover paid parking. The learning for residential building was great, and the culture was great even better if you were part of the "in-group"
    The good thingsThe people you work with in your team and the friends you make along the way.
    The challengesManagement, only speak to you when they want something and all other times ignore you as you pass by them in lifts or offices. They rate you by the cars you drive and if you are part of the "in group" you will get the opportunity to move roles within the company.

    The good thingsFriendly staff within company, lots of staff extras ie breakfasts, self care days, food vans weekly.
    The challengesManagement care more about clients than staff struggles. Each consultant has far too many clients to deal with (over 100 each) high pressure for the pay
