While the business has recently become ASX listed, it's overall maturity level as an organization was surprisingly low. With time and some clearance of some of managerial staff, this may improve. Most of the focus was on navigating the many unions and their demands. The challengesDifferent managers/departments don't communicate very well, lots of repetition of work that had previously been started or completed. Depending on your manager, you had very flexible WfH arrangments, but with others not so much. This was entirely subjective to who was your manager, luck of the draw
