    Ive learnt and now like alot more about food and how the deli works at supermarkets.
    The good thingsThe good things i guess would be appreciation off the bosses and colleagues and customers. They are understanding if you have other life commitments or have any problems you need help with.
    The challengesIt does get flat out busy on weekends definately more than weekdays and it can be tiring but its expected. Also sometimes people have to work alone without a colleague there to help them until they are in a little later for their shift which can be hard but theres always the option of calling priority one over the pa system so someone in store will come help you.

    Bi-Lo I a great company to work for as a career or while studying.
    The good thingsBi-lo is a great company to work for and has alot of oportunities to move up into manager positions and education if that is what you want.
