    After working for the company for 17 years it gave me the opportunity to grow as an individual and work my way through the management hierarchy.
    The good thingsAs it is such a large business and trades over many hours there is always shifts available. If you love interaction with people its a great place to work.
    The challengesYou need to be flexible with when you can work as the main hours that are on offer are around peak trading times such as the weekends and thursday night trade.
