    A collaborative, supportive, transparent towards daily work, health, safety and psychological.
    The good thingsClose to home and inhouse cafe, canteens.
    The challengesTrades team approach. Daily collaboration with each other and a much more supportive, transparent honest managerial Department. Supportive management team who cares for their tradesman.

    Very hard work , time that is given is ridiculous no down time always rushing to put it bluntly it's a heart attack job.
