Not recommended if you’re looking for work–life balance or a healthy working environment.
The good things No pros to mention.
The challengesNot recommended if you’re looking for work–life balance or a healthy working environment. I worked at Bluechip New Zealand in Auckland for a year, but I wanted to leave after the first five months. Less value for employees roles, management is poor and micromanaged and job responsibilities change frequently. Advice to Management • Treat all roles with value and recognise the importance of every team member. • Improve transparency and stability in job responsibilities. • Reduce micromanagement and trust employees to do their work. • Promote a healthier work–life balance. • Listen to employee feedback to address the high turnover.

Even just joined the company 50 days but now I'm plan to give up this role and get out of there asap.
The good thingsClosed to home is the only good thing at all.
The challengesThe environment of warehouse/company wasn't fit for old people like me, no electric fan in warehouse, no drinkable tap water (cold or hot, nothing)

The actual work was fine, standard to my experience however I left was feeling like a huge outsider due to colleague interaction.
The good thingsCustomer interaction is good as the clients are loyal and have good interactions
The challengesThe office environment is poor due to a lack of team moral boosting or team engagement. The very clique environment is very unappealing to someone used to a family values type working environment.
