Huge ups but absolute lowest of lows, take the good and then get outta there. The good thingsIve met some of the greatest people in my time with the company. Also learning a skill and being able to help friends and family with something so overlooked(tyres). Experiencing different cars and the different personalities that you come across.
The challengesAlways understaffed and always expected to perform, and to out-perform prior achievements. They like to squeeze every penny out of you as they continue to move the goal-post and have you chase what feels like an unrealistic goal. And thats on top of being a low paying job. Poor management was always an issue, unstable/unhappy staff, Working every Saturday (work/life balance), and just how physically demanding the job could be. Often worked with no breaks especially when lack of staff. Was good when I was single, but struggled when tried supporting a family.
