    Do not bother with this company- seen many good people come and go.
    The good thingsThe site is small and no travel to plant , within walking distance from camp.
    The challengesThe company has no values No care for workers in plant- safety is lacking everywhere Management /HR are untrustable and are lacking in empathy or care for the workers nothing that is reported gets acted upon.

    Im glad I left.
    The good thingsWork life balance was great when I commenced.
    The challengesManagement who do not take staff issues seriously. No care was given when legitimate complaints were raises. CEO was not interested.
