Dandenong South VIC 31755 to 6 years in the role, former employee
A place where you won’t be heard and the only rewards are for those who agree with management
The good thingsProcess workers and production staff on the floor are all great people
The challengesTeam Leaders are just puppets for Managers and have no back bone to speak up about anything Most workers too afraid to have an opinion or just don’t speak English Break your back for peanuts, a lot of better paying jobs out there with better conditions and better communication

Dreadful and I would never recommend it to anyone.
The good thingsThe work was good it was interesting and I learnt alot from this experience there are also a few members who were incredible and I will miss.
The challengesThe management was awful, and had no clue what they were doing, the staff turn over was insanely high and some days the work load became to much. The training was terrible and the progression was non existent. All in all alot of things promised but never any action taken.

I have a lot of experience in electricity that I can share with colleagues
The good thingsI really enjoy working in a team and I like to share my knowledge and professional experience
The challengesI don't like people united in a technical team because because of their resentment the work can be done badly and this will impact the performance of the company

    Unsupportive and unprofessional manager
The good thingsA few good people that were nice to work with.
The challengesUnsupportive and unprofessional middle management. If you’re not part of the office clique they will literally make your job harder. Unrealistic work load, low pay for the role and no incentive scheme for sales.

You get a solid ham for Christmas, and the end of year party goes pretty hard.
The good thingsThe team you work with are generally a relaxed group of good people, but they are inclined to produce good work efficiently, which I think is key for job satisfaction. Plenty of opportunity for overtime (depending on location, I presume)
The challengesAs any job, especially process work, it can get a bit repetitive.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. If you are willing to work hard, although may not be fully remunerated, you WILL get the support and security for as long as you wish to have your job. In all honesty, I loved my job with Bradnams.
The good thingsThe people; processes (in most cases) The product offer; the support from all involved (in most cases); position security
The challengesGetting a clear career path; the lack of transparency (in most cases); some management styles (a bit dated)
