While working at Brady, I found most of my time enjoyable. However, the lack of clear direction and a change in management led to the departure of many skilled employees. The company's failure to listen to its workers prompted talented individuals to leave. It's important to note that my decision to leave wasn't based on financial reasons; rather, I felt that my career progression was being neglected in favor of the company's interests.
The good thingsThe People Clean facilities Ample parking

If they were able to pay correctly most would handle the rest of the stress from that business.
The good thingsClose to home.. flexible hours.
The challengesManagement and decision making was done in head office USA. You could be the best person in Australia for a job.. and you wouldn't get that opportunity because you were not recognised internationally
