    It was good to start with but by the end it was horrible.

    The challengesManagement don't care about staff at all. Promise of hours and growth and never deliver. Once new area manager came in the whole company has gone down. Loyal staff have all left and even stores don't even have enough staff to open full time

    I would not work here again and deter anyone else from doing so.
    The good thingsLoved the team of girls I worked with. Clients are also amazingly!
    The challengesBrand & company culture is terrible. Head Office is not supportive and have unrealistic expectations. Money seems to be the only important thing to Head Office which makes it a very difficult place to work and look after clients the way I like to.

    head office is a joke. they turn up and expect you to treat them like royalty but they're just so money focused. honestly, save yourself the trauma & dont work there.
    The good thingsclients are lovely & the girls I worked with were amazing.
    The challengesexpected you to sell & reach high targets with ZERO incentives. they would take time off treatments to fit more appointments in without any regard for the pressure it puts on the therapist. takes a toll on your mental & physical health, my back is still stuffed.

    Not a very good company.
    The good thingsThe girls at my store were really nice and supportive.
    The challengesMy boss only cared about money .no training and they want you to do everything . No one was happy at the salon. Everyone and my boss really hated the Head office. No training. All the good people leave the salon.

    It was a learning experience and I am glad I had the opportunity to work there and learn what I expected from my employer. Glad I went through the challenges.

    The challengesThe management, other staff members, and shifts would be changed on the day of or day before without approval - very difficult to live your life 12 hours in advance.

    Pleasent enviroment and work collegues.
    The good thingsEncouraged to gain knoweldege in all areas of the business, IPL, tinting, tanning Etc. all training is paid for by the francisee.
    The challengesBeing appoitment based it can be challenging if your unwell to get a shift covered, however they do try their best 'shuffle' things around for you.

    The challengesHigh sales targets with terrible products to try and sell. The head office need to start listening to the therapists and what treatments will be good for the salons. Really outdated and tired.

    The good thingsBuilding relationships with clients. Great work colleagues. Good quality wax and waxing technique.
    The challengesSalon didn’t have an in store manager and was micromanaged from home. No continuous incentives for product sales. Different sets of rules for every employee. Do as I say, not as I do attitude. Not informed of change of ownership and had no job to return to after maternity leave.

    If your looking for a long term role and what to come to work everyday happy and enjoy being part of a team and been a team player this is the company to work for.
    The good thingsFamily orientated working envirnoment. Great team and management support. Enjoyed coming to work! Alot of support from management when needed.
    The challengesDealing with different personalities in clients. If your a competitive team member and your not a team player this is not the job for you as the envirnoment created in the salon is a team based one.

    Was 1 of my favorite jobs ever to work for.
    The good thingsAlways full of energy and a great fun environ. Clients are easily please so no difficult clients to handle. It's a franchise so your easily looked after by the owners. It feels more like a family cause it's just a small tight team which is great.
    The challengesChallenges were that work was easily so it can sometimes become boring. You can easily work your way up to management but cant really go much further after that. Also it's very limited on what services they provide so you can get over it.
