    Used to good they looked after employees once new management came in it changed for the worst

    Would be a great company to work for if management would only engaged with their employees.
    The good thingsReasonable Salary, good company perks such as extra super & 5 weeks leave for old employees. They have stopped this with any new employee.
    The challengesSystems and processes are backward and inefficient. No clear direction from management. Management discourage initiative & negate employee ideas. They talk the talk but don’t walk the walk.
