    This role has helped grow my experience in different areas and work well in a team in different situations.
    The good thingsThe hours are very flexible and easy to manage your work/life balance with this job. Co-workers and managers are amazing and allow for growth in different catering aspects.
    The challengesSometimes machines go down for a busy night and might be understaffed in some outlets

    The good thingsVery easy work for decent pay. Most shows are in the evenings which works well if you work a full time job 9-5. Get to work outside and sometimes be on your own for a couple of hours. The guests are usually friendly and make the job easy
    The challengesSome months/periods there will be absolutely no work available as there are no shows on.

    The good thingsSneak peek at shows for free Some staff are really nice and happy to help
    The challengesStrict appearance and uniform standards. Not a good fit if you have a family or other commitments due to the set start times they need you to adhere too. Long periods between shows. Very high favourtisim throughout the workplace. Easy to forget duties of job because of the long periods between work, judged if you forget. If you are after a bar tending job this is not it. Not worth the drive if you live far away for a 3 hour shift.

    Ideal for people who have time and want a bit of pocket money.
    The good thingsGenerally a more mature workforce. Easy going atmosphere.
    The challengesThe centre's location for those who don't drive. Lack of training in some areas. Not enough work to make it full time.
