    Memorable, pleasant, generous company that will reward those who put effort in, fair, honest, open, supportive.
    The good thingsI learnt so much from being a medical sales rep years ago (2001-2004) when I was offered a job. The training and support was amazing. I look back with fond memories and appreciates that they valued me as a person and recognised my ability to contribute to the company. I wish I could go back to work with BMS. Due to family restrictions I am unable to return to a full time role, but I would be delighted just to be a front desk receptionist!
    The challengesDriving to appointments without a GPS installed in the car. There was none those years ago, but I'm sure it's different now :)

    The good thingsThe products and pipeline is good and most of the team is great to work with
    The challengesManagement need to be trained on how to manage. With the whole management team employed at the company for ~15 years they have developed a strong clique which is very hard to break into. There is a high focus on personality and friendships over performance. The culture in the office can be toxic with management unlear on the right issues to focus on. There is no growth opportunity.
