    I got alot out of Bristow but the general feel was managment was always trying to screw you over.

    The challengesTrusting managment. Particularly with EBA negotiations. One thing was agreed upon then something completely different was written into the proppsed EBA.

    The challengesNo room for career growth or progression, no training, the salaries were low (unless a Pilot or Engineer or Manager), no incentives for hard work - so much overtime and no thanks!

    The good thingsGreat team environment, people were very nice to work with. If you show a keenness to learn you will be highly valued and feel it from the management
    The challengesThe business in Australia is not doing very well so if you land a job here hold onto it. If you are after higher paying positions look elsewhere for now.
