    Great Team, Fantastic Management, Work-life balance!
    The good thingsA great team and a genuinely family-like work environment. There’s a strong sense of support across the business, with management that is understanding, approachable, and flexible when needed. The workplace culture is inclusive and diverse, which makes it a positive and engaging place to be. I also appreciate the variety in the work; the assignments are interesting and keep things dynamic, providing great opportunities to learn and grow.

    Overall, it has been a rewarding role that has helped me grow my skills and knowledge.
    The good thingsI am an Administrator at Brooks Hire and it has been a really valuable experience. I’ve enjoyed being part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and I’ve had the opportunity to support a wide range of teams across the business. I’ve also gained great exposure to the mining and construction industry, which has been really interesting and very different to my previous role.

    The good thingsThe role itself was enjoyable, however management and workplace culture made it difficult long term.
    The challengesManagement lacked experience, and there were ongoing challenges with leadership and communication. Workplace culture could be improved, as staff often felt unsupported and concerns regarding managements behavior were not consistently addressed.

    The good thingsThe dynamic and fast paced nature of growing quickly was fun.
    The challengesThere are words that are over-used when describing some individuals and extremely difficult work places. The single greatest challenge other than the over used words was the complete lack of experience in any other company by upper management. People with literally no qualifcations or experience and just plain lazy making the absolute worst decisions.
