If you happy to be just a number to them then it's the place for you.
The good thingsThey do have some perks and great people to work with.
The challengesManagement Company has expanded so much that the management hasn't kept up with it. My experience is that they are so fair from reality they don't know what is happening right under there noses. The company policies are not followed and you don't know which rule applies from week to week.

Good experience when surrounded by the right people
The good thingsFlexible working arrangements, understands that life happens. Mostly good people to work with. Training opportunities available
The challengesManagement is okay, don’t necessarily agree with some logics and reasoning. You have to follow up otherwise things can be forgotten with how big the company is getting.

Turning into a corporate a maze, lucky to have the best brands.
The good thingsWorking with the best brands in the industry. Always paid on time and salaries are good, but not great.
The challengesNo longer feels like the family owned business it used to be. Company expanding very fast and you can see the growing pains.

I did enjoy my time work with some great people I just disagree with management methods.
The good thingsGood training all in house with a great trainer.
The challengesManagement is more worried about punishing people for mistake than praising for the good things, it’s hard for the young fellas under those conditions.
