    The company itself is strong and reputable, which I truly appreciate. However, I regret not having had the opportunity to work with individuals who could encourage my efforts. I took on a significant challenge that extended beyond my expected responsibilities, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel supported.
    The good thingsWork from home. Good pay.
    The challengesI was initially hired to perform a specific role and ended up handling something else. Lack of clear direction from the manager contributed to confusion. The project seemed new, and it was evident that very few people had a firm understanding of what was happening.

    Would never work here again. Appalling upper and middle management who make sure you know you don’t matter once you leave.

    Only a few good field staff left. Weekends the best part of this job. Be prepared to be under valued and targeted.
    The good thingsSome good field staff who would voluntarily train and help up skill.
    The challengesPoor team environment that enable a toxic culture. Low wages and no career progression. “Top heavy” company with low standards and poor quality of delivery. Required to keep record of everything you are instructed to do as you will be blamed and targeted!

    Enjoyable work and flexible, but limited opportunity to progress.

    The challengesPoor team culture lead to multiple resignations. Lack of productive technicians placed heavy workload on others. Poor communication and low expectations set by management. Fail to address or follow through with raised issues preventing productivity.

    The challengesChanges in leadership that were strange and ineffective, the appointments were all to keep the client happy and provide jobs for the clients friends and family. This is a toxic environment, with poor management. The business has been \"restructuring\" for years, it's not getting better. Its a reactive company, with no rewards for performing, but if you drink with management you'll be fine

    The challengessometimes you didn't get paid on time especially for the activation job. The only thing your supervisor is able to encourage you is working after 4:00 PM.

    The good thingsUnfortunately, I can't think of any good things.
    The challengesAbsolutely no training given with little to no help. I feel for the techs who are always chasing payments. I can see why so many techs leave. You could probably get rid of half the office staff & it wouldn't make an impact at all in the day to day tasks. Pay is terrible.
