    Overall great company to work for.
    The good thingsGreat culture. Most employees are friendly and easy to get along with. Lots of potential to grow and develop with the different departments/teams. Work load was usually pretty fair. Lots of team activities each month. Management was also super helpful and supportive.
    The challengesSome leadership roles sometimes would have a power trip here and there and these roles probably need to be given some leadership/management advice on how to better guide their team members.

    Bad Job, Was No staff parking till they moved to their new address.
    The good thingsCan not think off any.
    The challengesBAD Management. I received NO trying to do my job. I even had to learn the computer system myself.

    The good thingsGreat people to work with in most areas. Can work from home 1 day per week.
    The challengesReally poor senior management who put themselves over the interests of their members. Obvious lack of experience from most managers.
