Work here if you don't have any self-respect and want to be treated poorly
The good thingsThe occasional free lunch
The challengesHR and management don't take on anything suggested to them, it is a utopia for people in charge. Bonuses are held over your head like a carrot to a desperate pony.

Satisfying role where animals are at the forefront of everything we do
The good thingsWorking with animals to assist in a process that saves lives. The company invest in low stress stock handling to ensure animals are treated with respect and care. There where multiple opportunities to develop my individual skillset
The challengesThere is a lot to learn due to the pharmaceutical requirements of the role however this is well managed through their internal training system

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company and found opportunities are fruitful. Management is willing to invest time into their employees which is a rarity
The good thingsWorking towards a common goal to create life saving products globally. The entire team works cohesively across all departments.
The challengesWorking Globally can meet time zone challenges but has minimal impact

Great team, challenging but rewarding work
The good thingsGood team of people to work with, work environment is good too, get to work outside with stock, good facilities, and big focus on safety and welfare. Extra days off at christmas and 5 weeks of annual leave. And knowing you are contributing to making life saving products.
The challengesGetting used to the documentation, and the training required for the pharmaceutical industry, required for patient safety but has its challenges sometimes. Can be hard to balance high standards with getting the job done, but great team to work with helped.

"Safety is our priority" - Yeah right...
The good thingsThe location is easy to get to
The challengesYou won't progress with the company unless you're ready to play 'politics'. They never choose the best person for the job; and as a result, nothing is done correctly. What they pay is an absolute joke compared to what they want you to do.

A mystical land where common sense does not exist
The good thingsBeing a part of the chain that produces meaningful products
The challengesManagement chop and change things without knowing what they're actually doing. There are no pathways to progress within the company unless you want to do somebody else's job without the pay, and even then you're unlikely to go anywhere. Safety concerns are not addressed correctly, if at all.
