    Chaotic and burnt out
The good thingsDirect team members fantastic to work with Some very Hard working staff in other departments to assist with tasks given. Working from home and flexibility for certain roles
The challengesLarge male dominace within the buiness. Too much pressure from the top creating division between departments. Unrealistic expectations. Passive aggressive attitude from certain leaders. High work load, recognised by peers but not necessarily understood by leaders

Great place to work; Bunzl Jandekot.Working the Afternoon Shift, the team have always been great to work with. Management are approachable and communicative. The work load is not overbearing. There is a learning curve for this work, as it is a bit more than simple Picking/Packing. Fully recommend this job.

Working here was a great lesson in what I do not want from a company.
The good thingsMonday to Friday. Bright new office, free coffee.
The challengesMy direct manager micromanaged the team. You never get complimented on a job well done. Hostile attitude from other departments. Lack of training, yet expected to know everything.

Not a mentally safe place to work.
The good things- New and relatively tidy warehouse - Clean and facilitated lunchroom - Very clean and nice parking - Fixed working time and not having to stay back for overtime
The challenges- Old inventory system which causes several issues and unresolvable errors in stocks - Indiscrimination, unacceptable behaviour, inequality and disrespect are so common from supervisor and manager - Misleading directions and not take the responsibility from supervisor and inventory manager - No balance between the amount of working people and the required equipments which causes too much mental pressure - The culture of Gossiping and talking behind one another is a barrier - Not having a purchasing team on site which causes unbalanced stock level

I had a worse experience working in this company. I will never recommend to the candidates without work experience to join this company as they can terminate you anytime with out any official warning. No support at all and also worst leadership.
The good thingsOpen Communication and continuous learning
The challengesMinimal to no support at work, worst management, over burden work culture

I've spent 32 years at Bunzl and have found almost limitless opportunities for people that want them.
The good thingsThe people, the pace of work and the opportunities
The challengesAs a business that has grown rapidly for two decades, nothing stands still. That inherent need for adaptability sees some people thrive but can be a challenge for others

Toxic workplace, no care for staff at all, long hours with no pay increases.
The good thingsSome good people at the worker level.
The challengesHuge workloads never replace anyone that leaves just more work for those that stay, no pay increases, HR team that doesn't care about staff, The worst most toxic culture I've ever worked in.

Bunzl has been a fantastic opportunity for my transition into the workforce.
The good thingsThe team at Bunzl have been incredibly accomodating as I transitioned into the company. I feel very valued and supported in my position and I am excited to continue to grow within Bunzl.
The challengesDue to my team working across Australia, it can be challenging if you require help quickly. However, as I learn more about my role from my team I am able to overcome this as I no longer need to reach out for help as often.

So much good that is sometimes overshadowed.
The good thingsThe team I work with and the hours I work. Recently some of us had the chance to give feedback to HR as a follow up from an employee survey.
The challengesNeed to do more to align the culture they project and the managers who are trusted to up hold them. Innovation needs to be embraced and staff need to be recognised and paid what they are worth. Saying we pay above award is just not enough with the current skills shortage.

    Glad I left…
The good thingsFriends I made along the way made it mildly enjoyable
The challengesTerrible pay for the amount of work expected, upper management always bragging about how much money they’ve got but the staff at the bottom see the bare minimum of that. Management not supportive in the slightest, too busy doing reports and being in telephone conferences. People doing exactly the same job being paid different amounts depending when you started with the company.

Have been here for over 4 years and it feels like 4 weeks! No two days are the same, and my progression over that time has kept me busy and motivated.
The good thingsThere are so many opportunities for growth at Bunzl. The size of the business allows for career progression upwards but also movement sideways into other areas of the business.
The challengesBigger company could be a deterence for some.
