Poor Place to work for

The good things

Nothing much as they just try to run the departments with no sense of respect at all.

The challenges

Management never there when you need them, you ask for things and nothing gets done. Safety what Safety they need a good hard look at themselves on this. Example: You shouldn't have to pick up a power board that is lying in water. Communication they pride themselves on and it is not evident at all from the top.

Simply worst company. They will fire you when you are in your worst time even if you deliver the best.

few employees are good but management from top to bottom is very bad towards employees.
