    The good thingsMy career development was way better than my other employers. There were equally important opportunities for all staff.
    The challengesSecuring financial support from stakeholders is the main challenge in implementing research projects in collaboration with them. Therefore, budgeting to support stakeholders is crucial, especially in developing countries.
