Needing more life experience! The good thingsThe casual nature of the position was a nice change to most regular jobs. Depending on how busy the store is determines if you are flat out all day and chasing the clock. Knowing the area you’re working in helps a lot. As a driver you don’t have to know much about cars at all, as long as you can correctly read a product code there’s very little knowledge needed
The challengesThe businesses appreciation for the staff and each store. Christmas parties should be a priority to them and a chance to get people together - bapcor make millions of dollars every year, something better than $100 per person should be allocated to end of year celebrations. MANAGEMENT for certain stores should be better considered, age and maturity should be a factor rather than the buddy system I witnessed!
