Was a good role until they moved away from their original core principals.The good thingsIt used to be good when the focus was on helping business remain compliant and mitigate risk. Unfortunately they have moved more in a Sales and dollar centric direction. It's not consultative anymore it's purely trying to sell products and services which aren't suitable for the target market.
The challengesManagement lacks leadership and direction. A number of changes were implemented in the management teams and since then the organisation has gone down hill. Sales teams are struggling to achieve unrealistic goals, the goal posts are always shifting and for the work that is expected , the remuneration falls way short compared to other similar organisations.
